Alma Pearl Westerhouse passed away Saturday Feb. 27, 2010 in Battlefield, MO. She was born September 3, 1908 in Bicknell, IN the daughter of John and Ella Faith.

She was united in marrage to Dewey Westerhouse Sr in Crown Piont, IN in 1929 and to this union two sons were born Dewey Jr and Phillip. Alma worked as a sewing machine operator and raised her two boys.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dewey in 1964, and nine brothers and sisters.

Alma is survived by her two sons Dewey Jr. of Battlefield, MO and Phil his wife Barbara of Nixa, MO, brother Jim Pickel of Broken Arrow, OK, sister Mary Bogle of MI, two grandchildren, four great grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Monday from 5:00 - 7:00 PM in the Walnut Lawn Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Wednesday March 3, 2010 in Bicknell Memorial Cemetery Bicknell, IN at 1:00 PM. Online condolences may be left at www.walnutlawnfuneralhome.com.
