The following items are included in each package listed:
- Professional services of funeral director and staff
- Transfer of remains to funeral home from place of death, within 15-mile radius -additional mileage may apply
- Embalming and other preparation of decedent
- Facilities and staff for visitation and funeral service at Walnut Lawn Funeral Home
- Preparing veteran paperwork, if applicable
- Assistance with writing of obituary and placement in newspaper(s) (additional cost for paid obituaries may apply)
- Life Tribute DVD Prep
- Music CD prep for funeral(3 songs max)
- Legacy Fingerprints
- Receiving flowers at funeral home where pictures are taken and catalogued in the register book for the family
- Basic memorial book package with:
- 100 memorial folders with basic design and printing
- 50 thank you notes – (Upgrade themed book packages available)
- Committal service at cemetery with hearse
- Flower car and flower delivery to family home (within 5 miles of the funeral home)
- 1 Certified Death Certificate
Traditional burial packages pictured with casket above DO NOT INCLUDE (you may add items of your choice): Vault, casket spray/flowers, honorariums for officiant or musicians, grave opening and closing, monument, cemetery lot, paid obituary fees, or sales tax. There is no breaking of basic service package items due to significant discount savings. CUSTOM burial packages may add a different casket.
Package prices include visitations Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, funerals Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and either or on Saturdays 8:00 AM - 12:00 noon. Additional charges for services and/or visitation outside of these regular times.
